Terms and Conditions

   Typical installation:  

• Old mailbox and post removal
• Set post with gravel and concrete
• We follow USPS standards to level, mount and number 
• Clean up and seed when appropriate
• Pay when work is complete to your satisfaction
• Coordinate with “Dig Safe” when necessary 

Occasionally we will install the new mailbox and post adjacent to the existing base when the sublevel is not feasible. Should that be the case, we cover and seed the existing plot. There may be the need to customize the installation process depending on the current structure and mounting surface. Regardless, we will discuss all options prior to installation.
